Professional focus
I am a junior researcher at Department Microbiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, CULS. I Have been involved in research in the field of gut microbiota and food microbiology, food analysis in 2005. My main focus is: Isolation and identification of intestinal bacteria; Growth of anaerobic bacteria in human milk, on Prebiotic oligosaccharides, on Mucin; Isolation and purification of human milk oligosaccharides; In vitro and in vivo testing of prebiotics (HMOs - human milk oligosaccharides, GOS - galactooligosaccharides) and Probiotics (Bifidobacterium).
I am first author of 10 publications in international scientific journals with impact factor, over the past five years; overall author/co-author of 28 publications in international scientific journals; 100 citations / HI=6 (Scopus).
