Mascellani Anna

Ph.D. student in Agricultural Chemistry since 2019 at the Department of Food Science within the Agromics team under the supervision of Doc. Ing. Jaroslav Havlík . She focuses on NMR-based metabolomics and chemometrics related to the application of statistical and mathematical methods to extract information from plant responses to biotic and abiotic stress, wine quality assessment and screening of biological fluids.
