Předkládaná studie si stanovila témata důležitá pro fungování krajiny jako živého organismu a z těchto tematických celků se snažila vycházet a aplikovat je za účelem vytvoření harmonické krajiny, která bude snadno využitelná pro obyvatele, a i zároveň ekologicky funkční a stabilní. Základními principy, se kterými je zde pracováno jsou prostupnost, udržitelnost, vzor typické malebné české krajiny a její zobytnění. To obnáší například umožnění výhledů z a do krajiny, možnost zastavení se a odpočinku, kontakt s přírodními prvky atp.
Stěžejním tématem celé studie je pak obnova zaniklých polních cest. Tato a další témata jsou podrobněji popsána v následujícím textu stejně tak jako jejich uplatnění v krajině Dačic.
Velká část studie je zaměřena na drobnou sakrální architekturu, která je v krajině zastoupena ve velkém množství. Návraty někdejší malebnosti a opětovné zasazení těchto prvků do kontextu jejich doby se rovněž stalo podstatnou součástí studie.
Dačicko Development Study STAGE 2. Study of permeability and habitability of the landscape (2023 - *)

The present study set out themes important to the functioning of the landscape as a living organism and sought to build on and apply these themes to create a harmonious landscape that is both easy to use for its inhabitants and ecologically functional and stable. The basic principles worked with here are permeability, sustainability, the pattern of typical picturesque Czech landscapes and their objectification. This includes, for example, allowing views from and into the landscape, the possibility of stopping and resting, contact with natural features, etc.
The central theme of the whole study is the restoration of the vanished dirt roads. These and other topics are described in more detail in the following text, as well as their application in the landscape of Dačice.
A large part of the study focuses on small sacral architecture, which is present in the landscape in large numbers. The return of the former picturesqueness and the reinsertion of these elements into the context of their time also became an essential part of the study.
